Charters Romeo Juliet and Nurse

Scene set. Very late sunday night/early monday morning.

Romeo enters He speaks to himself about his love for juliet and spots her on the bocany. He then hears her speak and thinks to him self weither he should hear more or go up to her. She is then saying how she has also fallen in love with the family whitch is surposed to be sworn enermys. She then says how they can not be together butt Romeo returns with how he will change his name in order to be with her. Juilet then thinks that this is all to erally and rash. “Its is too rash, too unadvised, too sudden;
Too like the lightning, which doth cease to be” Nurse then call s from inside a julilet begins to leave but then comes back and gives Romeo a few words. Nurse then keeps calling and They organise a time to met up.

Charters Romeo,Benvolio and Mercutio

Scene set: Late sunday night outside Capulet’s mansion. Romeo hides while his friends joke about his love for Rosline

Romeo alone “Can i go forward when my heart is here. Turn back,dull earth,and find thy centre out”. This basically means how can i leave while my heart has is here. Romeo then leaves the set and Benvolio and Mercutio enter. They look for Romeo and can’t find him. They then joke about Romeo loving Rosline. They then conclude about love is blind and therefore you can’t see where your going and you miss the mark.

Charters: First serving man, 2nd serving man, 3rd serving man, 4th serving man, Capulet, cousin Capulet,Tybalt,Romeo, Juliet,Benvolio,Nurse

Scene: Sunday night at the Capulet’s house/mansion at the party.

The scene is first introduced by the serving men getting ready for the party. Then Head Capulet enters and welcomes everybody to the party. He then chats to cousin Capulet about how long its been since the old times when they too could dance. Capulet then says its been 25 years. but cousin says that’s its been more like 30. Romeo then spies juliet from across the room and then changes is mind about Rosaline and decides this women is much better looking. and compares all the rest of the women in the room as crows. “As a rich Jewel in Ethiopia’s ear beauty too rich for use for earth to dear so shows a snowy dove trooping with crows”. Tybalt then recognizes Romeos voice and attempts to go and slaughter him But is stopped by Head Capulet. They then argue on what to do but Capulet concludes that Romeo has a good reputation and he doesn’t what anybody to disturb the party. But ultimately he would be killed if they start a fight with the Montague.

Romeo then goes to juliet and asks her to kiss him. She says she would be much happy to shake his hand and saints don’t do. “For saints have hands that pilgrims hands do not touch,And palm to palm is holy palmers kiss. Romeo then teases juliet and kisses her anyway. Juliet then said her lips have just taken a sin. Romeo then says maybe i should take it back and kisses her again. they are then interrupted by the nurse who takes juliet away and Romeo then realises that she is Capulet. and juliet now knows Romeo is Montague.

How does Shakespeare use metaphor to show Romeos inner thoughts in act one scene 4

       Shakespeare uses many metaphors  to try to give more depth into about how the actors are feeling or what they are thinking to give us a better understanding. In this case in act 1 scene 4 Romeo seems to remember having a dream that at the party it might steer him down a Terrible path with the cost  f his “untimely death”  and that on this night he has a choose to make but he believes that “But he hath the steerage of my course,Direct my sail. The metaphor that shakespeare has used ,presents that Romeo Is a boat by using the language Like Steerage,course,direct and sail. He suggests that He with the capital “H” As god will decide where he will go on his vouage and he fully surrenders him self to God and has faith in his decisions.

Charters Romeo,Mercutio,Benvolio

Scene Set: Sunday evening outside capulets house with other touch bearers.

Out side the capulet mansion where a pre party is going on and they realse its a mask party which is perfect them to sneak in. Romeo then talks about how everything happens for a reason and that he has seen this in a dream before. Mercutio then goes a little crazy and saying how dreams are bad thing and make men do things that they shan’t be doing.Romeo then asks that he should be talking about peace… Romeo then concludes that god will choose the best path for him “I fear too early for my mind misgives some consequences………. But he that hath the steerage pf my course direct my sail oh lusty gentlemen

Characters: Romeo Capulet Paris Benvolio And Capulets servant

Starts of with head Capulet talking to Paris about Paris thinking he would make a worthy husband for Juliet. But Capulet denies this request saying shes to young Paris then argues his point but fails.

Capulet then organizes a party and makes a guest list and giver it to the servant but he cant read so he goes to the streets to look for someone who can. He then runs into Romeo and Benvolio and asks Romeo if he can read. he reads it for him. The servant then invites them to the party as long as they are not Montagues

Then servant leaves and Benvoilio talks about how Juliet is not as good as rosaline “Compare her face with with some that I shall show And i will make thee think thy swan a crow”. Romeo then agrees but only because Rosaline will be there

Summary

Sampson and Gregory insult Abram and Balthasar that starts a fight then Benvolio enters an fight.

Then the prince enters and threatens both families that if they fight again they will be punished in death.

Now benvolio and montague talk about romeos depression then enters romeo montague leaves and they talk about romeos lobe of his life
